Rhonnie joined Waterford in 2022, bringing with her valuable experience from the banking industry. Initially starting on Reception, she has since transitioned into our Operations team, where she manages accounts and helps keep the village running smoothly behind the scenes.

Her genuine nature and approachable style continue to shine through in every interaction, and the connections she builds with residents remain an important part of her role.
