RHONDA PICKERING | VILLAGE MANAGER 


Rhonda joined the Waterford team as Village Manager over 5 years ago and has been in the Retirement Village Industry for over 12 years. Rhonda is committed to Resident satisfaction as well as dedicated to improving their lifestyle. As manager Rhonda is always looking to introduce further services and activities to our very happy, unique boutique style Village. Our Residents are like an extended family and are treated with the respect, compassion and professionalism that comes naturally from our team.

ANGELA CRASS | SALES MANAGER

Angie has been working at Waterford since 2010 and in that time she has helped many people find their dream home for retirement at Waterford. As Sales Manager, Angie is focused on the needs of people and goes out of her way to make sure that the move to Waterford is a smooth transition. Her friendly, compassionate and professional approach ensures a good relationship with clients, residents and their families.

SANDI JENÉY | SALES CONSULTANT

We welcome Sandi back to the Waterford Sales Team. Sandi previously worked at Waterford and helped many of our wonderful residents find their perfect home. It’s been lovely for her to catch up with residents old and new. As part of the sales team Sandi has a strong sense of commitment in building a rapport with people even over the phone, she makes a personal connection and takes satisfaction in forming trusted and professional relationships.

VICKI RALPH | RECEPTIONIST​

Vicki has been the welcoming smile that greets you as you walk into Waterford since 2011. Her official position is receptionist, but Vicki is so much more.

Incredibly organised and friendly, Vicki is loved by all. Moving from Sydney to the Central Coast in 1999 she has never looked back. She loves the coasts relaxed atmosphere, being so close to the beach and National Parks has been a lovely place to bring up her two children.

WAYNE TURNER | MAINTENANCE MANAGER​

Wayne has lived in Kincumber for 24 years and couldn’t imagine a better place to be. He has been the Waterford Maintenance Manager for the past 10 years and in that time has enjoyed being around a wonderful group of residents and staff. Wayne assists residents with all their day-to-day maintenance requirements and ensures the complex is well maintained for residents use.

NICK AND JAN | HEAD WATERFORD CHEF'S 

Nick & Jan have been living and servicing the Central Coast for over 15 years . They serve lunches at Waterford Café, which is also the base for Tukka Time Catering which operates a Complete Meal delivery service to many discerning retirees on the Central Coast along with Function catering to the coast’s many retirement villages. Both Nick & Jan are qualified Chefs, Nick also holds a “Licentiateship” with the City of Guilds of London Institute which is recognition of his many years of service and qualifications in the industry.
