Shelly has been a valued member of the Waterford team since 2018, and in July 2025 she was appointed Village Manager. With a background in accounts and bookkeeping in the transport industry, she embraced the change to retirement living and quickly became an integral part of life at Waterford.

Now, as Village Manager, Shelly is putting her own personal stamp on the village while continuing to build on the warm, supportive environment that residents appreciate. She is always willing to go beyond her duties, whether that’s lending a hand with technology or simply being a friendly face when needed. For Shelly, working at Waterford isn’t just a job—it’s about being part of a family.
